The Association for Women in Mathematics provides a space for all students who are interested in issues impacting underrepresented gender identities in MATH/APMA through  community building, mentorship, and professional development. AWM events are for undergrad and grad students and range from casual meetings, to informal advising and mentoring, and even professional development panels focused on issues impacting minorities in Math/APMA. AWM and its events are open to all, regardless of gender or concentration, ensuring equitable opportunity and inclusivity in mathematics.
