BFS executes a comprehensive, investment-banking-specific educational program that includes instruction on an array of technical, macrotechnical, and behavioral topics. Democratizing the process of ‘breaking into’ banking and expanding access to historically underrepresented groups is also one of BFS’s core motivations. To that end, we remain community-focused, supporting all members throughout the recruitment process such that a career in the financial services industry is an achievable goal.
