The College Hill Independent is a Brown/RISD publication and workshopping space. We print alt-weekly issues, giving a great number of students the opportunity to write, edit, illustrate, design, copy edit, and get experience working in a fast-paced publishing setting. We distribute copies on and off campus, and maintain a website. We publish a wide variety of work, from humor to Providence-based reported news to long-form feature pieces on things you’ve never heard of or thought about.
