Daebak is a cover dance group made up of students from Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). Founded in Spring 2013, they bring together a community of dancers and music enthusiasts to cover and perform Korean pop dances. In Korean, ‘Daebak’ means “awesome,” “cool,” or “extraordinary”—the name encompasses the amazing passion that individuals bring to their community.
