The Personal Finance Initiative (PFI) is dedicated to empowering middle school, high school, and college students with essential financial literacy skills. As part of PFI, Brown students will volunteer to teach grade-schoolers about personal finance through workshops about budgeting, responsible spending, and planning for long-term stability. We will also host finance-related educational and social events for Brown students as they tackle financial independence. We will cover topics like retirement accounts, mortgages, investing, etc.
