The Society of Women Engineers supports women in engineering by organizing community-building activities, developing internship and professional development opportunities, and forming mentoring relationships between students. Beyond Brown, SWE organizes and hosts outreach events to introduce K-12 students to different fields of engineering. Our chapter primarily works with undergraduate women in STEM but also collaborates with graduate students and local educational and community organizations.
