The Student Labor Alliance (SLA) supports labor organizing on Brown's campus and around Rhode Island. SLA acts in solidarity with workers by sponsoring on-campus events such as the annual State of the Unions and bringing student support to picket lines.

Eligibility to join the Student Labor Alliance is open to all members of the Brown community and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, age, national or ethnic origin, disability, status as a veteran, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or sex. The majority of membership consists of full-time undergraduate students.
