What's a BOLT Manager, you ask?
There are a couple of different flavors of BOLT Manager, and they all have slightly different responsibilities!
BOLT Summer Managers: Help out over the summer to coordinate food, gear, communication, training and basecamp logistics for our big annual Fall Trip!
BOLT Academic Managers: Help to oversee Fall Programming once we return from the Fall Trip, they oversee recruitment of our new cohort of BOLT Leaders, and are heavily-involved in the training of those new Leaders in the Spring.
BOLT Calendar-year Manager (aka Jan-Jan): Is a BOLT Manager who works for an entire year for the program, which gives them access to multiple opportunities working on different teams, and is an important tool in maintaining continuity between our efforts and plans.

Isabel - Academic Manager (She/Her)
I’m Isabel, a senior from New York City concentrating in Comparative Literature in English and Spanish and Earth, Climate, Biology. That sounds like a lot of things but it's just a fancy way of saying I like to read and be outside! In particular, I love exploring gardens, forest bathing, and petting dogs. My other hobbies include using drills, eating carrots, reading books that make me cry, and drinking ridiculous quantities milk—which is, apparently, quite polarizing (sorry not sorry).
Charlotte - Academic Manager (She/Her)
Hey BOLT! My name is Charlotte 🐞, and I am a senior studying French and Francophone studies 🇫🇷. I am from Los Angeles, California 🌊 and in my free time I love to try new recipes, learn new languages, dance, listen to music and spend time with family and friends. I am involved with Ensemble! Theatre at Brown 🎭 and Loving Him Was Brown🫶, and I am a French UTA 📚! My favorite things are guacamole 🥑, cute animals🥹, and feeling the warmth from the sun☀️! BOLT found me when I needed it most, and my goal is to give others that same sense of community and love 💚.
Savanna - Calendar Year Manager (She/Her)
Hi! My name is Savanna and I’m a senior concentrating in Gender & Sexuality studies (with a focus on queer themes in horror film) and English. I’m from a small, rural town in Michigan where my family are the resigned caretakers of five ornery goats. I spend as much of my free time outside as possible, and when not touching grass I’m probably reading, watching, or talking about horror (and other films) or trying to learn how to cook something edible.
