The AIRES branch of BAIST-AIRES @ Brown raises awareness and connects students to AI ethics research opportunities with postgrad mentors. The BAIST branch of BAIST-AIRES informs, educates, and trains students on AI safety challenges and techniques for future careers. The threefold purpose includes increasing campus awareness, preparing students for AI safety careers, and advancing the study of AI safety. Activities include talks, seminars, simulations, newsletters, and research opportunities.
