The Brown barbeque club hopes to spread the love of barbeque across campus. We have hosted cooking workshops, teaching guests how to whip up authentic Chicken Shawarma, as well as tasting events catered from local barbeque restaurants like Durk’s BBQ and Great Northern. In the future, we hope to run grilling sessions at Indian Point Park to make all sorts of food from all cultural backgrounds. Join our listserv to learn more!
