Student Group Finances and Accounts

The Student Activities Financial Services Office can be found in room 342 of the Stephen Robert '62 Campus Center where student organizations can manage financial accounts and carry out transactions.

All accounts open the first day of classes and close the last day of classes in each semester. All financial transactions of the organization must be conducted through the Student Activities Office (SAO) or other University departments. A separate financial account is not allowed. This includes Venmo, Paypal, or any other similar services. Any violation of the policies and procedures that follow can result in a group's account being frozen, making the group's funds inaccessible.

All Undergraduate Council of Student (UCS) Category II groups automatically get accounts with the SAO. Any other group or organization may request an account by submitting a new account request.
